Ghana Vogue Events identifies talented and motivated individuals in communities where access to practical skills training, mentorship and career opportunities may be limited. Through community outreach and partnerships with experienced artisans, trainers, mentors, businesses and organisations, selected participants may be connected to structured apprenticeship and skills-development opportunities.

Talented, motivated and teachable individuals who demonstrate genuine interest in developing a practical skill but may have limited access to training, mentorship or opportunity.
Selection is subject to programme capacity, available training partners and suitability.
Community

Community leaders, families, organisations and individuals may recommend a potential participant. A nomination does not guarantee selection or placement.
Training Partners
Help develop practical skill.
Experienced artisans, fashion houses, vocational trainers, creative professionals, businesses and organisations may support training, mentorship, equipment or approved placements.
Sponsors
Support participant development.
Companies, organisations and individuals may support approved programme activities through structured sponsorship arrangements agreed directly with Ghana Vogue Events.
Safeguarding, fairness & participation
Participant selection is based on programme criteria, available opportunities and capacity. Ghana Vogue Events does not guarantee admission, employment, income, sponsorship or apprenticeship placement to every applicant. Where minors are involved, appropriate parental or guardian consent and safeguarding measures must be observed.
