What is Ghana Vogue Events?

Ghana Vogue Events is an event and awards platform providing information about Ghana Vogue activities, contestants, event participation, registrations and online voting where voting is enabled.

How does online voting work?

Select the relevant event or voting campaign, choose the contestant, select the available vote quantity or package, review the details and complete payment using the payment options presented at checkout. A successful eligible transaction is then recorded for the selected contestant.

Who processes online payments?

Online payments are processed securely through Paystack, our primary payment processor. Customers may choose from the payment channels made available through Paystack at checkout, including supported Mobile Money and card options. Ghana Vogue Events remains responsible for the event, voting service, customer support and dispute resolution relating to your purchase.

What should I do if I am debited but my votes are not credited?

Do not immediately repeat the payment. First check for a confirmation, then contact our support team at support@ghanavogueevents.com. Provide the transaction reference where available, amount, time and contestant/event. Never provide your PIN or one-time password.

Can I get a refund after voting?

A successfully delivered vote is generally non-refundable. Failed, duplicated or undelivered transactions can be investigated and may qualify for correction or refund. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Can Ghana Vogue Events cancel or disqualify votes?

Votes associated with fraud, manipulation, chargebacks, prohibited activity or other violations of the applicable event rules may be rejected or reversed where permitted. Contestants may also be subject to event-specific eligibility and conduct rules.
