These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Ghana Vogue Events website, event information, contestant participation, registrations, online voting, ticketing or other services made available through this platform.

1. About Ghana Vogue Events

Ghana Vogue Events is an events, fashion, talent, awards and cultural-experience platform. Depending on the campaign or event, the website may provide event information, contestant profiles, registrations, public voting, paid voting, ticketing, partnership enquiries and related services.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the website, registering for an activity, voting, making a payment or otherwise using a Ghana Vogue Events service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Event and Programme Information

We aim to provide accurate event dates, venues, participation rules, contestant information and programme details. Event schedules, venues, categories, eligibility requirements or programme formats may change where reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

4. Contestant Participation

Contestants must provide accurate information and comply with the rules applicable to the relevant event or campaign. Ghana Vogue Events may reject, suspend or disqualify participation where eligibility requirements are not met or where fraud, manipulation, abuse or serious misconduct is identified.

5. Online Voting

Where voting is enabled, users are responsible for selecting the correct contestant and vote quantity before confirming a transaction. Votes are recorded only where the applicable voting and payment process is successfully completed and validated.

6. Paid Voting and Payments

Online payments on Ghana Vogue Events are processed securely through Paystack, our primary payment processor. Customers may use the payment channels made available through Paystack at checkout, including supported Mobile Money and card options. Ghana Vogue Events does not require users to disclose card PINs, mobile-money PINs, one-time passwords or other secret authentication credentials to our support team.

If a payment is deducted but the corresponding votes or service are not delivered, the user should contact Ghana Vogue Events at support@ghanavogueevents.com so the transaction can be investigated.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the type and status of the transaction. Successfully delivered paid votes are generally non-refundable. Failed, duplicated or undelivered transactions, and eligible event cancellations, are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not attempt to manipulate voting, interfere with the website, submit fraudulent payments, misuse contestant information, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or engage in activity that violates applicable law or event rules.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Ghana Vogue Events name, branding, website design, event materials and original platform content are owned by or licensed to Ghana Vogue Events. Contestant or partner materials remain subject to their respective rights and permissions.

10. Event Changes and Availability

Events may be postponed, relocated, modified or cancelled because of operational, safety, legal, venue, force-majeure or other legitimate considerations. Where a paid service is materially affected, any applicable remedy will be handled under the relevant event terms and refund policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ghana Vogue Events is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, third-party network failures or payment-provider outages. This does not exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

14. Governing Law
